About Trent Rawls

My name is Trent Rawls, and I am a licensed Realtor in Maryland with Taylor Properties, based in Annapolis, MD. I possess extensive skills and experience in real estate transactions and specialize in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

In addition to being a Realtor, I serve as a professional consumer protection advisor, assisting consumers across the nation. This role has deepened my passion for banking and consumer lending. With over 25 years of experience advising financial institutions, I have successfully guided local, national, and multicultural clients through financial transactions, including real estate acquisitions and lease obligations.

My expertise in lending and financial markets enables me to build strong and successful relationships with my clients. My goal is not only to "close the deal" but, more importantly, to ensure that my clients feel elated and fairly represented throughout the entire process—from the initial contract to the moment they receive the keys to their new home.

My motto, "Your Home is Where My Heart Is," reflects my integrity and dedication to meeting my clients' needs. I strive to establish a trustworthy partnership with each client, ensuring that we work together to achieve a successful real estate transaction.

In addition to my passion for helping clients find their dream homes, I am committed to supporting our youth. I actively volunteer for youth basketball leagues with the Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission, Department of Parks and Recreation. I also volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and engage in community service to provide positive role models for young people. I am a member of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden (FBCG) and an active participant in the Prince George's County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
